Every conversation begins somewhere.
You do not need to know exactly what to ask. Whether you are looking for help yourself, standing beside someone you care about, or thinking about your organization, we are glad to begin with a conversation.

Ways to begin
Three ways to start a conversation.
- 01
Call
Most conversations simply begin with a phone call. There is nothing to prepare beforehand.
(888) 568-6750 - 02
Email
Write a few lines, or a few paragraphs. Thoughtful questions are always welcome.

Start with the form
If writing it down feels easier than speaking first, the form below is a comfortable place to start.

Contact form
Write it down instead.
Share as much or as little as feels right. A sentence is enough to begin.
What happens next
What to expect after you reach out.
Reach out
Call, email, or complete the form. However you begin is the right way to begin.
We connect
KRK reads what you have shared and responds personally, in your own words rather than a template.
We begin the conversation
The first conversation is about understanding your situation — not about making commitments.
Before you reach out
Questions before reaching out?
“I don't know if KRK is the right fit.”
That is a fair thing not to know yet. A conversation is usually how it becomes clear, one way or the other.
“I'm not sure what to ask.”
You do not need a list. Start by describing what is happening and we will find the questions together.
“I just need someone to point me in the right direction.”
That is a reasonable place to begin, and often all a first conversation needs to do.
“We're still exploring options.”
Exploring is welcome here. Nothing about reaching out asks you to decide anything today.
You don’t have to begin with the perfect question.
Sometimes the most important step is simply beginning the conversation. Whatever you are carrying today is enough to start with.
